How Custom Orders Work
All custom specifications are confirmed with our staff before your order is finalised. Once you've selected and approved your colour, material, and other details, these specifications are used for production, so it's worth taking your time to get them right.

- A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, and this deposit is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
