DUVISIONS CASA Warranty

At DUVISIONS CASA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Bedframe Warranty — 10 Years

Our bedframes are covered by a 10-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to the internal structure, frame, brackets, fittings, hardware, and mechanisms of the bedframe, where applicable.
This warranty does not cover leather, fabric, stitching, surface finishes, colour variation, cosmetic marks, scratches, dents, fading, peeling, or general wear and tear from normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, incorrect cleaning, exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, heat, chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions is also excluded.

Mattress Warranty — 15 Years

Our mattresses are covered by a 15-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to the internal support structure, including the spring system, support layers, and structural integrity of the mattress.
This warranty does not cover fabric, stitching, stains, odours, body impressions from normal use, comfort preference, softening over time, cosmetic marks, or general wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, spills, moisture, incorrect cleaning, improper base support, folding, bending, or failure to follow care instructions is also excluded.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims must be assessed by DUVISIONS CASA. Where a valid warranty claim is approved, DUVISIONS CASA may, at its discretion, arrange a repair, replacement, or suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
