This page sets out a summary of the DUVISIONS CASA Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to orders placed online, in-store, or directly with our sales team.
Delivery and Collection
You may place an order with DUVISIONS CASA online, in-store, or through our sales team for delivery by DUVISIONS CASA or one of our approved delivery partners, provided the delivery location is within our serviceable area.
As our products are large furniture items, delivery fees are calculated based on distance from the relevant showroom location.
Unless advised otherwise, delivery fees are as follows:

Collection may be available by prior arrangement. If you choose to arrange your own transport carrier or collection, DUVISIONS CASA is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or issue that occurs after the goods have been collected.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, production delays, supplier delays, transport delays, weather, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once a delivery or collection date has been agreed, any request to change or cancel the scheduled date must be approved by DUVISIONS CASA . Changes or cancellations made within 2 business days of the agreed delivery date may incur an administration fee, redelivery fee, or any costs associated with the pre-arranged delivery.

Delivery Access Requirements
It is your responsibility to advise us before delivery of any issues, difficulties, or specific requirements associated with accessing the property.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- stairs;
- lifts;
- narrow hallways;
- tight doorways;
- steep driveways;
- apartment access;
- loading dock requirements;
- parking restrictions;
- building management rules; and
- any other access limitations.
You must ensure that the items can safely fit through all required access points, including doorways, staircases, lifts, hallways, and room entrances.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to access restrictions, incorrect information, unsafe conditions, no one being available to receive the goods, or the item not fitting into the property, additional charges may apply. This may include redelivery fees, storage fees, handling fees, or charges for any additional services required.

We will deliver your order to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and email address provided are correct and complete.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to access restrictions, incorrect information, unsafe conditions, no one being available to receive the goods, or the item not fitting into the property, additional charges may apply. This may include redelivery fees, storage fees, handling fees, or charges for any additional services required.

DUVISIONS CASA is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Items under the same order can only be delivered to one delivery address. If you require delivery to multiple locations, separate orders may need to be placed.

Our White Glove Delivery & Assembly service includes:
- delivery to your room of choice;
- professional assembly by our team;
- packaging removal and disposal; and
- final inspection upon completion.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly does not include moving existing furniture, wall mounting, electrical work, structural modifications, rubbish removal unrelated to the delivered products, or any service not expressly agreed to by DUVISIONS CASA.
Inspection Upon Delivery
You, or an authorised person, must be present at the delivery address to receive the goods.
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing parts, or delivery concerns should be reported to our delivery team immediately and noted before signing or confirming acceptance of delivery.

Once goods have been delivered and accepted, any later claims will be assessed in accordance with our warranty, returns, and Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Delays
While DUVISIONS CASA will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to production, supplier, transport, customs, weather, staffing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
DUVISIONS CASA is not liable for loss, inconvenience, or costs arising from delivery delays, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
