Delivery & Assembly


1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the item, availability, customisation requirements, and your delivery location. In-stock items may be delivered sooner, while made-to-order or customised items may take longer.Our team will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed.

2. Do you offer Australia-wide delivery?

We offer delivery to most areas across Australia; however, we currently do not deliver to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.Delivery fees and timeframes may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Please contact our team for a delivery quote before placing your order.

3. Do you provide assembly services?

Yes, assembly services are available for selected deliveries. Assembly availability and fees may depend on your location, product type, and delivery requirements.

4. Will you remove my old bed or mattress?

Mattress removal may be available in selected areas for an additional fee of $88 per mattress. Availability may depend on your delivery location and the condition of the item being removed.

We recommend contacting your local council first, as they may offer mattress collection or hard rubbish removal services. Please speak with our team before delivery if you would like mattress removal arranged.

5. What if the item does not fit through my doorway, hallway, stairs, or lift?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, and any other access points before placing an order.We recommend measuring your space carefully before purchase, especially for larger items such as bed frames, mattresses, and sofas. If an item cannot be delivered due to access issues, additional delivery, return, storage, or cancellation fees may apply.

6. Do I need to prepare anything before delivery?

Yes. Before delivery, please make sure the delivery area is clear and safe for our team to access.We recommend measuring entryways, staircases, lifts, and hallways, confirming parking access, removing any obstacles, and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery time.

If there are stairs, lift access, restricted parking, narrow hallways, or any other access concerns, please inform our team before delivery.


Product & Customisation

1. What materials are your bed frames made from?

Our bed frames are made using quality materials such as solid timber, engineered wood, premium fabrics, genuine leather options, and supportive internal structures depending on the selected model.

We do not use faux leather. Where leather is listed, it refers to genuine leather.Product materials may vary between designs, so please refer to the individual product description or speak with our team for details.

2. Are the colours shown online accurate?

We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, device settings, and fabric or leather batch variations.

We recommend visiting our showroom or speaking with our team before ordering if colour matching is important.

3. Can I customise the fabric or leather colour?

Yes, many of our bed frames can be customised with different fabric or genuine leather colour options. Available customisation options may vary by model.

Please contact our team or visit our showroom to view available samples and confirm your preferred finish.

4. Do I need to rotate my mattress?

Most mattresses do not require frequent rotation; however, we recommend rotating your mattress approximately every 12 months to help maintain even wear and long-term comfort.

Some mattresses may have specific care instructions, especially if they are double-sided or designed with different firmness levels on each side. Please refer to the product care instructions or speak with our team for guidance.


Orders, Changes & Custom Orders

1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been confirmed, processed, customised, or prepared for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Do you require a deposit for custom orders?

Yes, custom orders require a 50% deposit of the total order value before production can begin.

Once your custom furniture has been built or production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Can I return or exchange custom-made furniture?Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide the colour, size, material, or design is no longer suitable after confirming your order.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Warranty & Faults


1. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, selected products come with warranty coverage. Warranty periods and conditions may vary depending on the product.Please refer to our Warranty section for more information, or contact our team if you have any questions about a specific product.

2. What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue.

Our team will inspect and assess the issue. If the item is confirmed to be damaged on arrival or faulty, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Can I view the products in person before buying?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom to view selected products in person. However, not all products, colours, materials, or sizes may be available on display.We recommend contacting our team before visiting if there is a specific product you would like to view.
